Yogurt smoothie containts necessary proteins which are needed for the maintanaince of our bones, skin and muscles.

Ingredients
  • fat-free yogurt few tbsp.
  • fat-free milk glass per person ( this recipe is for 2 people)
  • a couple of handfuls of frozen or fresh berries
  • banana
  • 1 tbsp. of honey

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Put all the ingredients into the blender. Mix

Step 2

Pour into glasses and enjoy for breakfast

Step 3

Try to eat the smoothie as soon as you can as it will separate and lose color after about one hour.
