Ingredients

  • 130 grams dried, stoned dates
  • 110 grams desiccated coconut
  • 2 generous tbsp of honey
  • a handful of desiccated coconut for coating the balls

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Put the ingredients into blender and mash. 

Step 2

Take out the chopped ingredients and form a big ball.

Step 3

Now form small balls about 20 grammes each and coat them in the desiccated coconut so they look nice.

Step 4

Put into the fridge. Ready. They will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge.
