By: Anna Burrows The wild-caught Alaskan salmon is full of omega 3 and has a lovely firm texture. The green salad with avocado is an ideal accompaniment and the balsamic vinegar, lemon and honey dressing add an interesting taste.
Ingredients
- 150 g of salmon
- a handful of chopped iceberg lettuce
- a handful of chopped cucumber
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- a handful of rucola salad
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 tbsp. of water
- 1/2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar
- half a lemon
