By: Anna Burrows The wild-caught Alaskan salmon is full of omega 3 and has a lovely firm texture. The green salad with avocado is an ideal accompaniment and the balsamic vinegar, lemon and honey dressing add an interesting taste. 

Ingredients

  • 150 g of salmon 
  • a handful of chopped iceberg lettuce
  • a handful of chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado sliced 
  • a handful of rucola salad
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. of water 
  • 1/2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar
  •  half a lemon
