Introduction to Anna Burrows

In the last 20 years, I remained close to the subject of lifestyle studies and experimented with nutrition and exercise to discover the secret of the lifestyle which will guarantee a great figure and great mental state and wellbeing. The book. ‘Secret to Being Slim’ will encourage you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Qualifications

Master Degree in Physical Education and Recreation, University School of Physical Education, Wroclaw, Poland

Badminton, Football and Aerobic instructor

My dissertation was led by lifestyle specialist Professor Zbigniew Jethon and was entitled ‘Slowing ageing process through physical activity’

Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies in Recreation, Metropolitan University, London.

Former ASA Swimming Teacher. Anna also holds Chartered Accountant qualifications.

Working with local voluntary organizations in Community Cohesion projects ( Trained at CCVS)

Why did I write this book?

My book deals with an understanding of how the attitude and the importance of the routine help with slimming. This timeless, (it can be started and stopped at any time) book takes the nutrition and exercises a step further. It will help you and me ( I refer to it every day), to achieve the body you wish for and peace of mind.
