By: Anna Burrows A dish is rich in fibre and vitamins. It is enough to eat only one clove of garlic a day to feel its beneficial effect on health in a short time. In this small clove, the whole pharmacy is hidden – flavonoid compounds, amino acids, saponins, sugars, mucous compounds, vitamins (B1, B2)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of red rice ( that is about 3 cooked portions) 
  • 6 prawns in shells per person
  • couples of fresh chillies
  • couples of garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • fish sauce to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cover rice with cold water about 2 cm above the rice in a medium pan.

Step 2

Bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Switch off the heat and leave to sit for 20 min. 

Step 4

Crush chillies with garlic and oil and cover prawns with that mixture.

Step 5

 Put under the grill until ready. Eat with rice and fish sauce.
